Should you try sound healing?

Sound has been used as one of the most effective healing methods since the centuries. Many countries, including India, Australia, South America and more have been using the power of sound healing to help relax and calm people. Now the question here is ‘Should you try sound healing?

The answer is “YES!”

What exactly does sound healing do?

A stable rhythm and frequency is created with the music that our brainwaves can entrain. This results in allowing the brain to shift from its normal waking consciousness to a relaxed or meditative state. In simple words, sound healing works just like mantras you might repeat during a meditation class. Sound healing also has the power to put you to sleep!

You may be asked or lie down on the floor and feel relaxed with deep breathing. This will prepare you for the healing. As you listen to the music, sounds you should begin to drop into a relaxed state. You may be also asked about any areas of concern you have in your mind or body, before creating sounds accordingly. People who have ever attended a session claim to have found it helpful with stress-related illnesses as well as anxiety and depression.
